Xiahou Dun in Burning the Warship. Xiahou Dun was a senior general of Wei during the Three Kingdoms. In a battle against Lü Bu, one of his eyes was injured by an arrow. As a Peking opera character, he wears a make-up with three tile-shaped patches of blue and red lines under the eyes as a sign of injury.
