Fang La in Conquest of Jiangnan. Fang La was the leader of a peasant uprising in the last years of Northern Song. On the peking opera he wears a make-up with three large tile-shaped patches of yellow. The re no feathers in his cap, but the tail-like ornaments hanging down at the back are an indication that he is no ordinary man.
